I appreciate this site showing me how to display and light the Menorah. I am not Jewish, but I work in a hospital and have many Jewish friends. I bought the Menorah but was unable how to display it properly. Thanks.

I am a rabbi and this explanation is great because during this week I have to do my last preprations of our hannukah sevices and I don't have time to explain to the congregants about hannukkah candle-lighting so I can just link them to this web site.

What a happy, memorable and full of feelings these Chanukah's days and night are for those many of us who are seeing, keeping and saving these days and these lights as a salvation beam and lighthouse shining in our times of despair and thus, making us to be full of Hope, Light and Love.
In the middle of all or any turmoil and surrounded by ignorant people and forces (which I don't hate) these Chanukah Lights are something really wonderful. How I hope and long to have just a Chanukah in the old dear Land of Israel, in eternal Yerushalayim!
Let's pray and ask G-dfor our salvation and for Hope and Peace for Israel and in the land where it dwells!
